Billy was professional from the start of our interaction. If I could give him a 6 out of 5 I would. This was a first home for us and Billy made this part of the process informative and a joy. He explained, in detail, every step of the process. He not o ly gave us a list of things that can go wrong, as he explained, but also what signs to look for and if we can fix it ourselves. You can tell how much he loves his job because it shows in his professionalism and personality.

As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated how thorough Billy was inspecting our property, not just the home structure, but everything including the mailbox. Billy contacted me immediately after his inspection. He patiently presented his findings in a very thorough manner, explaining all the details we needed to know, in an understandable fashion. His report contained items that made it obvious he is meticulous in his inspections. Billy's inspection brought to light all the little things an excited buyer misses while wearing rose colored glasses. Armed with his findings, we feel confident to proceed with our purchase being made well aware of what needs to be addressed and what, quite frankly, can wait. Thank you, Billy!

Billy was very prompt and did a very thorough job. He talked me through things to look for in the house. He then had my whole report to me the same night! The report was very easy to navigate. I definitely would recommend him!

This company was prompt and thorough. We also did the pest and radon testing. The report was available the next day except for the radon testing which is done over a period of days. When I read the report I could not believe the attention to detail, pictures for you to see and safety recommendations. No short cuts were taken. Compared to others pricing was reasonable. I really feel that you can't get anyone better. Responsible, respectable and open to any questions.

Billy was amazing. He is thorough and also has a wealth of knowledge that he was happy to pass along. His attention to detail is impeccable. He will be very honest in what he sees and makes sure that you understand. His report is detailed and easy to understand. Total professional. Billy's "Customer for Life" approach basically means his focus is all about what's right for the client/customer. He is prompt and he follows up (A-Z). And he will not rush or cut corners. I've read many of the other reviews and I'd love to simply write "ditto to all," including the inclusion of a homeowner's guide (How to Operate Your Home) with his services. Billy is the type of business contact you will call again, and I have. He is understanding and patient; a real problem solver if you have one. I would say Billy's key strength is working with first-time homeowners.

There’s a reason Billy has so many five star reviews. Billy is extremely professional, competent, knowledgeable and friendly to boot! Everything about our experience with Billy from start to finish was exceptional. We contacted him after seeing all his good reviews, and he responded to our call immediately and gave us good vibes right off the back. He told us he loves what he does and it was obvious. He was able to come inspect the house right away when we needed it. The day of the inspection he showed up right on time (although we were a little late) but already got started. He was patient and extremely thorough and educated us every step of the way. He didn’t miss a thing. He even informed us of how to take care of everything in the future and what to look out for. After finishing his extremely detailed report, he contacted us the next day on a Sunday to let us know what minor things needed to be corrected. I’m pretty sure what he found were things someone else could... have easily missed. We are first time home buyers and can sleep better at night knowing that our home was inspected by someone whose work we completely trust. Hire him. Do it. No, we’re not related or affiliated in any other way, just very happy customers. Working with him leaves you wishing everyone you hire could be as competent.read more

I'm purchasing my first house and my real estate agent recommended someone from this company. Billy came out, did his thing and had written up one of THE most detailed and thorough reports that I had ever seen, which is a VERY good thing. In short, I was very satisfied and I highly recommend him if you need a really thorough report regarding a new purchase. Definitely, one of the best in the business!! 😎

We used this company to do a home inspection and a radon test in our new home. He also assisted us with finding a good septic inspector. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Billy was very professional, punctual and you can tell that he really enjoys his job which is hard to find these days. His reports were very thorough and well documented and he provided extra advice and information when needed. He even offered to do a free radon retest after receiving borderline/questionable results. To top it off, he was very reasonable in price. I will be recommending him from now on.

I would highly recommend Allinspected. Billy was very professional and personable to work with and he didn’t mind me showing up early for the inspection. He walked me through the entire house explaining to me what kinds of things he was looking for and he went into great detail with the HVAC unit and electrical panel answering any questions that I had. Billy is very professional and thorough. He has a quick turnaround time and he also takes the time to explain things. We had a unique situation wherein the seller referred to issues as only being cosmetic, but Billy was able to expose many problems with the house, which helped us make a more informed decision as to whether we really wanted to commit to such a large expense. Billy's expertise saved us from buying into a big money pit and we are extremely grateful to him. We will use his services again and we highly recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Billy. I would recommend him to every single new home owner! Extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. His report is extremely thorough including photos and specifics. He is a tremendous professional with wonderful knowledge. He took time out of the inspection to show me all the major and minor components of my new home and teach me exactly how they worked and things to keep an eye on as we live there. He taught me invaluable skills to owning a home and even provided a book to keep and reference back to! He was extremely detailed and diligent in his review and noted even the most minor inconsistencies so that he could review in greater detail when he was under the home or looking inside units. His ability to articulate a specialized skill at a level that I could understand really showcased his acumen and proficiency in this area. 100% recommend to everyone.

I contacted Allinspected after seeing great reviews and was in need of a home inspection for our new construction home. From start to finish, Billy was incredible! He contacted me quickly after I requested an estimate, and was easy to understand, explained the process and gave me a very good price. He showed up on time for the inspection and gave a very thorough and comprehensive inspection while explaining what he was inspecting and why. Great communication! So thorough and descriptive! We really appreciated the ease of scheduling the appointment and how much he wanted to make sure every detail was captured. Just got our new home to be -"hopefully"- inspected by Billy. It was not necessary to be there for his inspection, but I had a little time to check things out. It was great to meet him and he took time to explain many of things that he inspects. Also, when I was leaving to get back to work he gave me a very handy book for home maintenance. The next day we got the detailed inspection report. The report was very thorough with pictures. He uses a modern portal for scheduling, reports and payment. BTW - called around, and he was one of the best rates!

11 month home inspection

Billy came out and was right on time. Started outside with the foundation and roof and then inside to check A/C in attic. He did a complete inspection and found several items that needed attention. His price was reasonable and he knows what he is doing which is the main thing.
We also had a radon test and got the results within 48 hours. We paid with a credit card and had the complete report with pictures and explanations quickly. I would use Billy again and I recommend him if you want a true professional.

Mr. Spaker came out to do a home inspection for my son Tyler, before he put in an offer on a home. The home was built in the 80’s and needs cosmetic updates, but we were concerned of anything else that may need to be done. He was professional, and extremely thorough, and the inspection was great.
