Thermal (IR) Camera Inspection
Allinspected Home Inspectors use Infrared Cameras with every inspection at no extra cost. When properly implemented, Thermal Camera Technology allows Allinspected home inspectors to see beyond the ordinary and expose two of the most crucial elements of a safe and comfortable home.

This electrical outlet test looks good... but is it?
Polarity and GFI tests: This electrical outlet has passed according to this tester. Because we use a thermal IR camera, it shows there is a problem with the wiring. This electrical outlet problem would have been caught by Allinspected.

Home Safety Inspection
This is the same plug receptacle that is pictured above with the tester reading with green lights, “okay”. Allinspected sees beyond the ordinary and in this case, discovered a safety hazard lurking behind an innocent looking plug cover.

Additional benefits of using Thermal IR inspection methods:
- HVAC – is your duct system leaking energy??
- Plumbing- is your system leaking??
- Electrical – what is overheating??
- Insulation- is there enough and is it holding energy??
